I am a freelancer, can I buy from your company?
Our company exclusively serves wholesalers, mainly in the field of houseware stores and household goods. If you have a shop and you sell similar products, then you can buy from us. In a different case, private customers can find and purchase our goods from our local collaborator stores. -
Where can I see your prices?
In order for you to have access to our pricelist, you should be a customer and have an account. If you do not know your account, you can contact us. If you are interested in becoming a new customer, please fill the contact form or give us a call. -

Are there accessories/parts for your products?
Accessories and parts are offered for our produced items. For imported products, you should contact us. -
Do you provide guarantee for your products?
A guarantee is provided for good use, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

What can I do if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a defective product, you should contact the store from where you purchased it. If the defect is due to manufacturing error, then the product guarantee covers you. -
How can I get information about technical issues?
If the manual that is provided in each product is not enough, then you can fill the contact form with your question. -
How do you ship your products?
Our products are shipped by a transporting company of your choice. The shipping fee from the transporting company to your delivery address is paid by the receiver. -
